By creating an account or using Postagon, you agree to these terms. If you use Postagon for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that entity.
2. Service Description
Postagon provides AI-assisted LinkedIn content generation, review workflows, scheduling, and publishing features. We may update, suspend, or remove features as the platform evolves.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must keep your credentials secure.
- We may suspend accounts that violate law, policy, or security requirements.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Plan features, limits, and pricing are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice. Unless required by law, paid fees are non-refundable for partial periods.
5. LinkedIn Integration
You authorise Postagon to publish content to LinkedIn on your behalf when you connect your account. You remain responsible for all published content and compliance with LinkedIn policies.
6. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content.
- No attempts to bypass plan limits, security, or access controls.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or misuse of platform infrastructure.
- No infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.
7. Intellectual Property
Postagon retains rights in the platform, code, branding, and service design. You retain rights to your own account content, subject to applicable third-party terms.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, or outcome performance from generated content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postagon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you for the service in the prior 12 months.
10. Termination
You may stop using Postagon at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, legal obligations, or security concerns.
11. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes are effective upon publication with updated revision date.
